Hyffons (pronounced as; HIGH-phon) are like griffons, but they are a hybrid of a hawk and a house cat, so they are slightly different in color and in size. They act much like cats, though they aren't tamed and have some hawk actions available to them. They all have hallow bones to be able to fly and their wings can grow up to 2 feet long and can cover their backs. Instead of having a muzzle, they have beaks, and a cat like face. Hyffons can have short or long tails, but long is most common. They also have fur is on their torso, bottom half of their head blending into their feathers on their forehead, and on their tail until the feathers on the tip of their tail/Their fur is also on their back legs. Their feathers are on their wings too. A normal life span of a hyffon is usually 60-80 moons/months.
